Ablett set for Ipswich coach role

Former Stockport County boss Gary Ablett is close to being named as part of Ipswich Town's coaching staff.The 44-year-old was alongside boss Roy Keane and assistant Tony Loughlan for Town's 9-1 friendly win over Newmarket Town on Tuesday night. He is likely to replace Ian McParland, who has opted to leave Portman Road for family reasons.
