Trotter: Town are in transition

Town have yet to win in the league this season and find themselves in the bottom three after the 1-1 draw with Preston on Saturday. Trotter said: "There were a lot of expectations when Roy Keane came in, but I think we are in a transition period. "There have been a lot of players coming and going, and Roy has a different style of management, as do all managers. It's all changed, from top to bottom, but then that was also the case when Jim Magilton took over from Joe Royle. "There's always a big change when a new manager comes in. I find Roy to be very straightforward and very honest. He's very positive thinking. "I suppose you could say that Roy is slightly intimidating at times, but then so was Jim Magilton before him. They have that status. They have your career in their hands."
