Tractor Boys complete Healy deal
The 29-year-old has signed a two-year contract at Portman Road and will feature during Saturday's friendly against Colchester.
Healy began his career with Celtic before featuring for Sunderland, Livingston, Barnsley and Cork and will face competition for a starting place under Roy Keane.
