Swansea have completed the loan signing of Ipswich forward Tamas Priskin until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old Hungary international is reunited with Swans boss Brendan Rodgers, who he also worked under during his time at Watford.

"I looked to bring him in at the start of the season, but it's only now that he's become available," said Rodgers on Swansea's official website.

"I worked with Tamas at Watford where he was outstanding for me, and at 6ft 2ins he can offer us a threat and balance for the remaining games.

"He is a player who can add goals to our squad and ensure we have enough cover for the final eight games of the season."

Priskin has scored seven times in 24 starts for Ipswich this term, most famously netting the only goal in the Tractor Boys' Carling Cup semi-final first-leg victory over eventual runners-up Arsenal.
