Keane was appointed as Jim Magilton's replacement last week and Stead knows the spotlight will be on the Tractor Boys next season.[LNB]Stead told the club's official website: "There will be a greater expectation now. He is a fantastic name and he can attract some new players so I am sure there will be some changes to the playing staff over the summer."[LNB]Stead has had experience of working under Keane before, when the pair were both at Sunderland and the striker does not think Keane will take long to make his mark.[LNB]He said: "I think it is good that things were done swiftly and the new manager was appointed straight away. I think that can unsettle players.[LNB]"It's well documented what he is like, the lads were after inside information, but they will get to know what he is about."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
