Stead ready to step up for Town

The former England Under-21 international has become a regular feature in Roy Keane's side in recent weeks after being left out of the squad earlier in the campaign and has scored three goals in his last seven games.[LNB]But the Tractor Boys have only managed 19 league goals in 20 games this term and have failed to score in three of their last four matches.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "I feel 100% confident in my ability to score goals if I continue to get in the right positions.[LNB]"I always believe I will get two or three chances in a game and it's about converting them."[LNB]He added: "We're unbeaten now in nine games but having said that, it doesn't matter how well we think we are playing, we are still in the bottom three and it's results that count now."[LNB][LNB]
