The Blues suffered a poor start to the season but have now seen an upturn in fortunes under Keane, whereas a number of clubs have disposed of their manager in recent times.[LNB]"It's been a crazy last week or so," he told the Evening Star. "I was very disappointed to see my previous manager, Jim Magilton, leave QPR. It's difficult to know what to read into that, but I'm sure Jim will get another club soon.[LNB]"I definitely think that sometimes clubs do not give their managers enough time.[LNB]"Fortunately, that is not the case at Ipswich, even after 15 games or so when we were struggling. There's big potential here, and I'm delighted that the chairman [Marcus Evans] has not changed the manager. All credit to him for not jumping into any changes."[LNB]He added: "He's made his decision and he has confidence in Roy (Keane). He's looking longer term."[LNB][LNB]
