The Tractor Boys have show signs of improvement over recent weeks, edging nine points clear of the relegation zone.[LNB]While their Championship status appears secure for another year, the campaign has often disappointed.[LNB]Norris accepts as much and feels it is the players, not the manager, who should be taking the flak.[LNB]Keane has seen his future cast into doubt of late, with speculation suggesting he could soon be out his way out of Portman Road, but the Irishman has the full backing of his squad and it is hoped he will stick around to make amends next term.[LNB]"We are 100 per cent behind the manager," said Norris.[LNB]"We realise we've let him down this season.[LNB]"But you can see how much we respect the manager, want to play for the manager and do well for the manager.[LNB]"You can only learn from him. He was some player and he does see things that he passes on to me and other midfield players.[LNB]"Teams don't get success straight away.[LNB]"It hasn't been a full season yet and will take a bit of time."[LNB][LNB] Ipswich 6/4, Reading 7/4, Draw 12/5
