Murphy targets Town success

Striker Daryl Murphy has admitted the lure of first-team football was too good to turn down after he moved to Ipswich on loan for the rest of the season. Murphy was signed by Town manager Roy Keane for Sunderland and has rejoined him at Portman Road after falling out of favour at the Stadium of Light. He told the club's official website: "Ipswich should be in a much better position that they are at the moment with the players they have here. "I've come here to play football and help them move up the table and I'm looking forward to it. "I've not played anywhere near the amount of games I would have liked at Sunderland recently so the chance to do that at Ipswich made it an easy decision for me to come here."
