Murphy set to join Tractor Boys
Murphy, who has been called-up for the Ireland squad to face France in the World Cup play-offs, has agreed an 18-month deal with the Tractor Boys.[LNB]The 26-year-old will join up with Ipswich for training ahead of the opening of the transfer window, when he will officially sign.[LNB]Meanwhile, centre-back Jack Ainsley has joined Rushden & Diamonds on loan until January.[LNB]The 19-year-old, who started his career as a striker before converting to a defender, was offered a professional deal at the end of the 2008/09 season.[LNB]Ainsley has joined Diamonds to gain first-team experience and is eligible for their FA Cup tie against Hinckley on Saturday.[LNB][LNB]
