As many as 13 current first-team players are out of contract at the end of the season and Magilton is planning a significant overhaul of his squad as he plans for another promotion challenge. Magilton told the club's official website: "There will be a lot of changes to the playing staff at this club over the summer. "We have 13 players out of contract which will naturally see a trimming down of the numbers and there may be other exits as well. "We are looking at using a smaller squad of 20 to 22 players and have already identified some targets that we want to bring in." Campo has revealed he plans to retire from the game at the end of next season - and wants to help Town into the top flight before he does. The 35-year-old has played for Valencia, Real Madrid and Bolton during his career but wants to end it at Portman Road. He said: "It is my hope that I can play for one more year here and help Ipswich get back to the Premier League. "I feel my fitness is good and that I have something to offer the team and I would like to stay. "I have one more year of football in me before I retire and I want it to be at Ipswich Town."
