Leadbitter and Carlos Edwards joined the Tractor Boys from Sunderland on transfer deadline day and the 23-year-old admitted the chance to work with boss Roy Keane again was too good to turn down.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "I'm at the stage in my career when I need a new challenge and this is a good move for me.[LNB]"I worked under the manager at Sunderland and know his style and what he wants and he is obviously a big factor in me coming here.[LNB]"But the main reason I've joined is to get Ipswich back in the Premier League.[LNB]"I want to be a top player and play at the top level and I've joined a club I think gives me a chance to achieve that."[LNB][LNB]
