Keane ponders training camp
The Tractor Boys will play Finn Harps, Brentford, Waterford, Cork, Southend, Colchester, Charlton and Spanish club Real Valladolid as part of their preparations for the new campaign.
Keane is happy with their programme but revealed he could take his players to a training camp on foreign shores ahead of the season opener at Coventry on August 8.
He told the club's official website: "I'm delighted with the way our pre-season has fallen into place.
"We've got a nice mix of games with matches against local opposition and the trips to Ireland as well so it will be a good challenge for the players.
"We are looking at a training camp for a few days as well."
