Ipswich boss Paul Jewell is readying himself for "the hardest job" in the coming weeks as he prepares to release players from Portman Road. Jewell has a lengthy list of players out of contract this summer and is ready to cut a lot of youngsters as he builds a new squad. He told the club`s official website: "We have got to make some really tough decisions with some of the younger players in the coming weeks. "Letting kids go is always the hardest job for a manager but I have to do the right thing for the club. "If we are not keeping players and it`s not going to happen for them here then we will try and find them a club elsewhere."
