James gifts Town win

A goalkeeping error from David James helped Ipswich to a 2-0 victory over Bristol City which continued their fine start to the npower Championship season. Roy Keane saw his side hit the woodwork three times in a goalless first half but when James made a mess of collecting a high ball, Tamas Priskin put the hosts ahead. Grant Leadbitter, Priskin and Jason Scotland were all denied by the frame of the goal before Priskin finally struck in the 59th minute. Scotland scored the second on his full debut for the club to leave Keith Millen's side pointless at Portman Road. Priskin let fly from 20 yards and though James made a sharp save, Scotland reacted first to fire in the loose ball.
