Ebanks-Blake worry for Town

Sylvan Ebanks-Blake is a doubt for Ipswich's final game of the season against Sheffield Wednesday.

Hamstring problems have limited the former Wolves striker to just two starts since joining Town on a short-term deal in December and he could leave without making another appearance.

Mick McCarthy may decide to hand opportunities to youngsters Frederic Veseli and Jack Marriott but will once again be unable to call upon striker David McGoldrick (knee).

Last weekend's 1-0 defeat at Burnley ended Ipswich's slim chances of a play-off spot.

Sheffield Wednesday will be boosted by the return of Chris Maguire and Sam Hutchinson.

Striker Maguire missed last week's home defeat to Bolton as he attended his grandmother's funeral, while on-loan Chelsea midfielder Hutchinson has completed a two-match ban.

Liam Palmer will miss out again because of a hip problem and fellow defender Lewis Buxton remains doubtful due to the knee injury which has kept him out of the last two matches.

Teenager Jack Stobbs made his debut off the bench against Bolton when replacing defender Joe Mattock and will be hoping to feature again.
