Delaney not concerned by potential exits

Ipswich defender Damien Delaney insists it "will not be the end of the world" if David Norris and Gareth McAuley leave the club this summer. Norris and McAuley are both out of contract next month and look set to leave, with Portsmouth and Rangers their expected destinations. Delaney has just signed a new deal and said: "Gareth is like Chuck (Norris) as he would like to stay, and I would like him to stay; of course I would. "But if not it will not be the end of the world for Ipswich Town. The gaffer will get someone else in and the club will still be here. "The manager knows the scene and he knows what it takes to do well at this level. "Gareth is old enough to make up his own mind. If he wants to stay he'll stay and if he wants to go he'll go. I have not had a chat with him for a few days, but he's his own person and will do what's right for him."
