Civelli makes long-awaited return
Argentinian winger Luciano Civelli made his first appearance at Portman Road in 18 months as Ipswich reserves were beaten 2-0 by Oxford.
Civelli damaged knee ligaments at Burnley in March 2009 and has struggled to return.
However he came through 45 minutes against the League Two outfit in a game which also marked the return of defender Damien Delaney.
Delaney suffered a blood clot during the summer following a routine challenge and has not featured for Roy Keane's side this campaign.
Troy Brown's own goal and a Richie Baker volley gave Oxford the win.
