Wyness set to return

Inverness Caledonian Thistle striker Dennis Wyness is poised to make his first appearance in four months against St Mirren on the final weekend of the SPL season.

The 30-year-old marksman has been sidelined with a recurrence of a long-term shoulder injury since January , but is in line to make an appearance against the Buddies.

Wyness has started only 14 games during an injury-ravaged season.

"I was actually tempted (to play him) last Saturday, but the Dunfermline game could have been too fierce," admitted Thistle boss Charlie Christie.

"However, the Paisley one could be ideal for Dennis."
