Thistle chief to step down

Inverness Caledonian Thistle chairman Alan Savage has revealed he will leave his post after less than two years at the helm of the SPL club.
Savage announced his decision after admitting his business interests prevented him from giving adequate commitment to the Highlands club.
"I am sad to be stepping down as I have enjoyed being chairman of Caley Thistle," he told the club's official website.
"However, the enormous growth in my company, the Orion Group, means that I feel that I cannot devote the time and energy to lead the club for another season.
"My business is very much about the relationships with our clients and this requires me to travel extensively.
"I wish the club every success for the future and will continue to be a keen supporter."
