Inverness midfielder Markus Paatelainen is set to hold contract talks with boss Craig Brewster in the near future, but is keen to remain with the club.
The 25-year-old Finn has struggled to establish himself as a first-team regular at Caley Thistle since joining the club in January 2007, starting only ten matches.
But he said: "The gaffer told me we'd speak in one or two weeks' time about the contract situation and I'd like to stay at the club.
"Everything is great at Inverness. It didn't help I was out injured for six months but it's up to me to keep performing."
