No Caley deal for Joinville

Inverness Caledonian Thistle manager Charlie Christie has decided not to offer a contract to French trialist Giany Joinville.
The central defender played in the recent friendlies against Peterhead and Ross County, but did not do enough to earn a permanent deal with the Highlanders.
Christie told the Press & Journal: "We've decided not to offer Giany a contract, although we thought long and hard about it.
"He definitely showed he had something about his game, but we thought that the language barrier would be a problem.
"He showed up in parts, but aerially he wasn't as commanding as we hoped he'd be at Ross County, given his stature, so we decided not to pursue it.
"We have one or two irons in the fire regarding a potential loan deal and an Irish centre-half."
