Inverness Caledonian Thistle's AS Romania striker Marius Niculae has admitted that he doesn't know whether he will still be at the club next season.
The 26-year-old's wages at Caley were being mainly funded by chairman Alan Savage, but he has now stepped down to leave Niculae's future up in the air.
The striker told the Press & Journal: "It is too early to speak about if I stay or get a move.
"I would be happy to stay and I think I have done well at the club. Maybe I can do better next year.
"I will make a decision at the end of the season. Maybe I will see out the second year of my contract or maybe I will leave. I do not know yet but I have enjoyed playing in Scotland."
Niculae has scored nine goals in 33 appearances for the Highlanders this season.
