Unbeaten ICT Face Yeovil
THE CALEY JAGS are unbeaten so far on their pre-season road trip - but face tougher opposition this week in England. ICT's unbeaten pre-season record was threatened by Livingston on Saturday but the Highlanders managed a 1-1 draw. Gaffer Terry Butcher conceded there was plenty of work still to be done before the SPL restarts on Saturday 23rd July. After scoring 12 goals without reply in their three previous friendlies against Clach, Forres Mechanics and Elgin City, Caley Thistle looked in a strong position to make it four in-a-row after Richie Foran converted a cross from Jonny Hayes at Almondvale. Only the heroics of Jonny Tuffey, however, kept Livingston from scoring until a spectacular effort from Kyle Jacobs levelled matters in the second half. Butcher's squad faces Yeovil Town tonight, beginning a hectic schedule of games that will see Inverness also play Bristol Rovers and Aldershot Town by Saturday.
