Tulloch boss David Sutherland, ICT's biggest shareholder, looks ready to sell up. INVERNESS Caley Thistle's biggest shareholder David Sutherland may be set to sell his stake in the Caley Jags. Tulloch boss Sutherland has a 25 percent shareholding worth half a million pounds in the club. And the construction tycoon told BBC Scotland that he may sell some or all of his shares - and the Beeb believes that there has already been interest in them. Sutherland said any transfer would have to come with a commitment that the new holder invested in the football side of the operation. His Tulloch construction company built the Caley Jags' north and south stands, a deal involving naming rights for the whole stadium, and he helped remove £2m of the club's debt.
