Shear Delight As Duncan Returns
Former Caley Thistle striker and assistant manager Duncan Shearer will return to full-time football next month after a seven-year absence. Big Dunc has spent the past five years working as a delivery driver in the Highlands, but he will be called on to deliver the first-team players of the future at Caledonian Stadium. Caley Thistle manager Terry Butcher has put the 48-year-old in charge of the under-19 team after being impressed by the job Shearer has done with the under-17s on a part-time basis.
