Future looking bright for Butcher

Inverness manager Terry Butcher believes an end to his team's troubles is in sight after they ended a three-month wait for a league win. Butcher saw David Proctor join the Inverness injury list, but at the same time he indicated the ongoing player shortage should soon be a thing of the past. The 2-0 home victory over St Johnstone was a welcome boost for Inverness as they seek to clinch a top-six finish in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League. "David Proctor has gone off with a hamstring injury, but Grant Munro has now served his suspension, so he will be back, and hopefully Jonny Hayes, as well as one or two others, can be available for the Hibs game," Butcher said. "It's actually quite exciting for me because for the first time in a while I may have options - I can't believe it! "We're now on a three-match unbeaten run and that's a real positive, so overall I'm really pleased."
