Duff - Inverness Caley Thistle Must Forget Saturday

Focus on Tuesday's game with Dundee Utd, says utility man Stuart Caley Jags midfielder Stuart Duff says his team-mates must put their poor performance at Hibs to the back of their minds - and focus on beating Dundee Utd at home tomorrow night. Duff was disappointed at Inverness's dire display on Saturday, which derailed the Caley Jags' solid run of form that has them back on track for consolidating their top six spot. Despite it being only the club's third away defeat all season, the timing couldn't be worse with ICT's top six position looking precarious. Duff's former clubs Aberdeen and Dundee Utd are lurking just below the split line, and the 29-year-old hopes that tomorrow's game against the Terrors comes at the right time to shake off the disappointment of Saturday. Duff told the Press & Journal: "The good thing is we have a game on Tuesday and it gives us the chance to bounce back straight away. "We will not have all week to mull over how poor we were. "We have two home games now which are vitally important. "It would be good to get a bit of a gap between us and Dundee United. "It is the situation we want to be in and we just want to win as many games as we can between now and the end of the season. "But if we play as we did against Hibs in our remaining games we will not win any."
