Caldwell: No hiding place for Hoops

The Hoops missed out on the chance to restore their four-point lead at the summit after a goalless draw at the Caledonian Stadium.[LNB]And having only recorded one league win so far in 2009, Scotland defender Caldwell concedes his team-mates have got to improve if they want to hold on to their crown.[LNB]"It is a team game and we all drop points together," he said.[LNB]"If people are under-performing then they have to raise their game because there is no hiding place here.[LNB]"You have make sure you are doing your own job right and collectively we also have to be better. We were sloppy on the ball against Inverness and didn't do enough to win the game.[LNB]"It is Rangers next in the league and it is a game that if we can win then we will give ourselves a cushion and the pressure will be back on Rangers."[LNB]The Celtic defender expects the side's experience of winning the league last year on the final day of the season will give them the impetus to go on and win a fourth title in a row.[LNB]"We have dropped silly points but we are still in front," he said.[LNB]"We have to pick ourselves up and comeback fighting. We have won the league for the last three years and we want to win it again.[LNB]"There is no panic button being pressed yet. What happened last season will help us.[LNB]"We know there is a long way to go and we have to keep fighting. I don't know what it is but the tighter the league gets the better we seem to get.[LNB]"We won the pressure games last year and hopefully we will do the same this year."[LNB]Inverness boss Terry Butcher believes Dougie Imrie could be the man to lead the SPL strugglers to safety.[LNB]Imrie put in an impressive shift against Celtic and Butcher admits he would not have liked to have come up against the diminutive attacker during his playing days.[LNB]"Dougie is a little pest and I would have booted him up in the air if I was playing against him," he said.[LNB]"If you have a wee guy like Dougie playing up there then you don't play long balls up in the air. You have to try and turn defenders so Dougie can use his pace.[LNB]"He loves running and he is a good athlete. I thought Dougie and Andy Barrowman were outstanding against Celtic."[LNB]The Inverness manager also believes he has inherited a quality player in Latvian defender Pavels Mihadjuks from his predecessor Craig Brewster.[LNB]He added: "He reads the game well and gets in front of people. He has a different style to Scottish and English defenders but he is cool and strong.[LNB]"Pavels doesn't speak a lot but he certainly lets his football do the talking."[LNB][LNB]
