Butcher puts emphasis on team strength

Manager Terry Butcher is emphasising the importance of the collective as his Inverness side face the final test of their unbeaten away record this year at Hearts tomorrow. Hearts have won six straight games with Rudi Skacel, David Templeton and Kevin Kyle to the fore, but Inverness travel to Tynecastle confident of extending an undefeated Clydesdale Bank Premier League run which began last November and has survived challenges at Rangers and Celtic. Tomorrow's meeting also pits third versus fourth in the SPL, with Butcher looking upwards. "We see Hearts as a target for us," he said. "We want to peg back Hearts on Saturday and ultimately we want to catch them and go past them. "There are some incredible individuals on show on Saturday, but it's all about the team. Our players are very focused on helping the team to do well first and foremost. It's the team that wins. "We feel the way we're playing, the way we can play and the spirit we've got, that can go a long way."
