Butcher disappointed by loss

Inverness boss Terry Butcher was left to rue what might have been after his side's 3-1 loss to Hearts. Eric Odhiambo put Caley ahead, and then had a goal cancelled out for offside, before Hearts went on to hit three goals to take the points. "If we had kept it together until half-time then who knows?" he pondered. "We didn't play with any great fluency in the first half, but we more than matched Hearts. "The loss of the goal right on half-time meant we did not have something to defend in the second half and although we started well, once we conceded the second and third goals we left ourselves a mountain to climb. "It was the manner of the goals we lost, however, that disappointed me. Hearts scored them too easily while we had to work very hard to get our goal."
