Butcher Aims Higher!

Caley Jags boss is happy with 4th place in the SPL, but wants his players to push up the league. CALEY JAGS boss Terry Butcher believes his side can not only consolidate on its excellent start to the season, but improve it. Tel reckoned his players' poor first-half display against St Johnstone was an example of where they could and should have taken all three points, along with the games at Easter Road against Hibs, plus the matches with Hamilton and Hearts. Conversely, Butch can't think of any games where the team have got full points and did not deserve them - and he is looking to continue that against Killie on Saturday in order to push on from 4th place. He told the Press & Journal: "We have had a great start. We are in a great position but let’s not sit and admire the view. "We want to climb higher and we want to improve. We know there is something special in the team. "We did really well against Dundee United and Aberdeen and it is our job to keep producing those kind of displays."
