Black handed Scotland B call up
The 24-year-old, who will join Hearts this summer after signing a pre-contract agreement with them, has been selected after fears over the fitness of West Brom's Graham Dorrans.
Black played for Scotland B in the 2005 Future Cup.
Dorrans is nursing a foot injury which forced him to sit out West Brom's Premier League defeat at Tottenham on Saturday.
Celtic defender Mark Wilson has already withdrawn from the Scotland squad.
