Zanetti: Mourinho boosts us

Internazionale veteran Javier Zanetti believes the squad will benefit from Jose Mourinho's return to the dugout for the clash against Palermo on Saturday after he completed his touchline ban.

The hot-headed coach missed three Serie A matches and his team collected just four points out of a possible nine during that spell.

But the former Chelsea and FC Porto boss was on the bench for his side's fine 1-0 Champions League last-16 success at Chelsea on Tuesday that secured a 3-1 aggregate win and Zanetti suggests that his presence is important.

He said: "Mourinho helps us to win. He is very experienced and his support is very important to us. I think we have sent out an important message.

"To beat (Carlo) Ancelotti's team twice is quite an achievement."
