Internazionale president Massimo Moratti insists the Serie A leaders have no plans to make signings during the current transfer window.
Inter have seen their lead at the top of the table reduced to three points following a draw and a shock defeat at the hands of Atalanta since the league resumed after its winter break.
But Moratti claims neither he or coach Jose Mourinho are desperate to make signings in a bid to improve results.
He said: "It's absurd to say that we need to make a move in the winter transfer market.
"We will not make a move because we have an ample squad and I trust my players.
"Sunday's game was a terrible game for us. Everyone is at fault - not one individual.
"But I hope the team will bounce back as soon as possible."
