Internazionale defender Marco Materazzi does not expect his side to win the title this weekend by beating city rivals AC Milan.
The Rossoneri need the three points to enhance their claims to finish fourth in Serie A and clinch a place in next season's Champions League, with Materazzi anticipating a tough game.
He said: "It's every Interista's dream to win the Scudetto in the derby. Winning it with no handicaps will have a different taste.
"But to prevent any disappointment I have to say that we are facing a side on good form. They are favourites because they are world champions and it is their home fixture.
"However, maybe Carlo Ancelotti is more afraid of missing out on the Champions League than we are of losing the Scudetto.
"If we don't win the title on Sunday, we have two other chances to win the title."
