Colombia defender Ivan Cordoba has signed a new contract to ensure he finishes his career with Italian champions Internazionale.
The 31-year-old's new deal runs until the summer of 2012, with Cordoba more than happy to pledge his future to the San Siro outfit.
He told the club's official website: "We can say simply that this is a lifetime contract. This is the meaning of the agreement and these are the sentiments tying me to Inter."
Cordoba, who is currently recovering from a serious knee injury, joined Inter in early 2000 from Argentinian club San Lorenzo and has since made more than 300 appearances in all competitions.
