Adriano keen on Roma switch

Former Internazionale and Parma striker Adriano has stated that he would welcome a return to Italy, with Roma his favoured destination.

The 28-year-old is currently playing his football back in his native Brazil with Flamengo, but says that he is over the personal problems which ended his first spell in Serie A.

He told Sky Sport 24: "Now that I have rediscovered desire, determination and happiness, I would return to Italy.

"Roma want me and I would willingly play with Francesco Totti.

"I miss the friendships I made at Inter. When I watch them play I imagine that I am still there. In the future, if I have the chance to go back I will do it out of love."
