Windass card amazes Brown

Hull City boss Phil Brown has spoken of his 'amazement' after Dean Windass was booked against Stoke City on Saturday despite not being on the pitch at the time.
The veteran striker was cautioned in the 45th minute of the 1-1 draw at the Britannia Stadium when referee Keith Stroud adjudged that his warm-up routine as a substitute had impeded Rory Delap, who was attempting to resume play with one of his trademark long throws.
Brown was even more aggrieved after seeing play-maker Geovanni forced off late in the game following a tackle from Amady Faye which went unpunished.
"I will say one thing about a decision that astounds me," he told the club's official website.
"Dean Windass isn't even on the field and receives a yellow card, yet a challenge on Geovanni which puts him off the field of play doesn't receive a yellow card.
"That's phenomenal. It's the opposite ends of the spectrum.
"Dean Windass is booked for stretching, while Geovanni is assaulted and the guy doesn't receive a yellow card."
