Hull City have confirmed the signing of Jay-Jay Okocha with the former Bolton Wanderers midfielder agreeing a one-year contract with the Championship club.
Okocha, 34, has joined the Tigers on a free transfer following the conclusion of his contract with Qatar SC.
The former Nigeria international will be reunited with former Bolton assistant and now Hull boss Phil Brown at the KC Stadium.
Okocha spent four years working with Brown at the Premier League club before leaving in July 2006.
The veteran of three World Cup campaigns watched from the stands as Hull were defeated 2-1 at Blackpool in the Championship on Monday evening.
Afterwards, Brown admitted: "I think he is the sort of player who will give us the creativity we need in midfield."
