Hull City are poised to launch an ambitious bid to lure Brazilian World Cup winner Juninho to the KC Stadium.
The 34-year-old former Middlesbrough and Celtic playmaker will reportedly arrive in England before the weekend to hold talks with Tigers boss Phil Brown.
Juninho last played in Britain for Celtic in the 2004/05 season but endured an unhappy nine months at Parkhead in which he started just nine SPL games before returning to Brazil with Palmeiras.
The 2002 World Cup winner had three spells at Middlesbrough and previously played for Sao Paulo, Vasco de Gama, Flamengo and Atletico Madrid.
