Pearson sticking by Parky

Hull City boss Phil Parkinson has again been backed by chairman Adam Pearson to turn things around at the KC Stadium this season.
The Tigers pounced to take Parkinson from Colchester United in the summer when Peter Taylor left to take over Crystal Palace.
Despite Parkinson's reputation of being a promising manager, Hull have struggled so far this season and are currently second-bottom in the Championship with just two wins and eight points from 10 games.
However, Pearson is not getting carried away and has vowed to give his manager as much time as possible to steady the ship.
He told the Daily Star: "Phil Parkinson hasn't become a bad manager overnight. He'll be given as much time as it takes to improve the situation."
Meanwhile, top scorer Jon Parkin claims the spirit in the squad is still very high, despite a frustrating start to the campaign.
He said: "The spirit is still fantastic at the club and we just want to put results on the board now.
"We went go-karting last week as we didn't have a game at the weekend, and it was a good laugh and an ideal way to let off steam after training.
"There's nothing wrong with the morale at the club but every little helps if you can bond and have a good time with your mates."
