Hull City winger Stephen Hunt is happy to remain at the KC Stadium, despite rumours linking him with a January move to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 28-year-old Republic of Ireland international only joined the Tigers at the start of the current campaign, having made his name with Reading.
Hunt has scored five times in 20 appearances since heading to Hull, marking his club debut with a goal in the 2-1 defeat at Chelsea on the opening day of the season.
A source close to Hunt was quoted in the Hull Daily Mail as saying: "Stephen thought Hull may sell him and that a deal could go through quickly last week when Wolves first showed an interest.
"However, Stephen is enjoying his football in Hull and won't request a move.
"He's living in Leeds and with his wife expecting their first child, he wants security for his family."
