Dudgeon doubt for TigersHull defender Joe Dudgeon is a big doubt for the home game against Peterborough due to a knee injury. The 22-year-old, an ever-present in Steve Bruce's side this season, sustained a knee injury in Sunday's defeat at Leicester and has missed training.Liam Rosenior replaced Dudgeon for the last 20 minutes at the King Power Stadium and could return to the starting line-up if Dudgeon fails to make it, but left-back Andy Dawson offers manager Bruce an alternative option.Striker Matty Fryatt is edging closer to a return to action after his season has been delayed due to an Achilles injury and he could be back in contention after the next international break."Matty Fryatt has trained all week," said Bruce. "We need him to get games now and as much training as we possibly can to get him up to speed, but he's coming along nicely."Bruce has no other new injury or suspension problems, but defender Jack Hobbs and midfielder Tom Cairney remain sidelined with long-term knee injuries.Manager Darren Ferguson has a fully-fit squad as he looks to get Peterborough's first points of the season on the board at the KC Stadium.Posh have made the worst start to a campaign in the club's history, losing all seven of their npower Championship matches to date. However, Ferguson is not seeking to make any loan signings to help remedy Peterborough's problems. He said: "I've been on record as saying this is the strongest squad I've had here. I have 25 fit bodies and now I need to find the right formula to get us some success on the pitch."Tommy Rowe, Danny Swanson and Daniel Kearns are all available after injury and could start on Saturday.Ferguson was given further food for thought after being impressed by the performance of the reserves in a midweek win over Northampton.Kearns, Lee Frecklington, Emile Sinclair and youngsters Jaanai Gordon-Hutton and Jonson Clarke-Harris were all involved on Tuesday afternoon and could have played their way into Ferguson's thinking ahead of the trip to Humberside.
