Hull's Folan scores in MLS trial

Hull City striker Caleb Folan has begun his trial spell with Colorado Rapids by scoring the winning goal in a pre-season game against LA Galaxy.Folan, 28, headed to the United States last week for talks with several clubs after falling down the pecking order at the KC Stadium. The Republic of Ireland international became Hull's first-ever £1m signing in 2007 when he joined from Wigan. He has made 64 appearances for the Tigers, scoring 12 goals.
