France is handed Wednesday trial

Sheffield Wednesday have offered a trial to midfielder Ryan France, following his release by Hull City.The 28-year-old, who was born in the Steel City, will train with the Owls in the hope of gaining a contract. "Ryan is one of two players we will be taking a look at, but I won't say who the other one is," Owls boss Brian Laws told BBC Radio Sheffield.
