Hull City have handed a trial to former Bolton Wanderers and Internazionale midfielder Khalilou Fadiga.
The former Senegal international left Bolton in the summer and will renew acquaintances with Tigers boss Phil Brown.
Brown, who worked with the 32-year-old while assistant to Sam Allardyce at the Premiership club, said: "Khalilou has been blessed enough to play for some terrific clubs during his career.
"He's played for Auxerre and Inter Milan and then he spent three or four years at Bolton.
"I've known him for quite a long time and he didn't renew his contract at Bolton last summer because he had an operation on his knee.
"We'll put him in the reserves for the game against Rotherham on Wednesday and we'll make a decision on him then."
