Work to be done - Shakespeare

Hull's assistant manager Craig Shakespeare admitted there is plenty of work to be done after the Tigers' second defeat of the season. Shakespeare took charge for the 3-1 defeat at Doncaster on Saturday after manager Nigel Pearson had been admitted to hospital on Friday with chest pains. Fears over Pearson's health have been allayed after tests over the weekend. Shakespeare said: "Nigel will be disappointed and gutted as we all are. There's room for improvement throughout the side. "You've got to earn the right to play and we've got to be more resilient, individually and collectively. "We've got to be harder to play against as a team and then take it from there."
