Michael Turner has revealed the chance to move from Hull to Sunderland was one he couldn't turn down. The highly-rated centre-half completed his move to the Stadium of Light in the closing days of the transfer window and has signed a four-year contract with Steve Bruce's side. "As soon as I knew of their interest, my mind was made up," Turner told the Hull Daily Mail. "I'm obviously delighted to be at Sunderland. To get the chance to call somewhere like the Stadium of Light home is a bit of a dream come true to be honest." Turner is now set to face his former club on his Sunderland debut, with the Tigers travelling to Wearside on September 12. "It's mad really, but it's just one of those things," he added. "There's not much I can do about it, I'll just have to get on with it."
