Tigers & Owls draw a blank
Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday shared the spoils after a goalless draw at Hillsborough.[LNB] The draw maintains Hull's unbeaten start in their pre-season fixtures so far this summer.[LNB]Caleb Folan missed a good opening for Hull on 26 minutes when unmarked inside the box he headed Craig Fagan's cross wide.[LNB]The best chance of the half fell to Wednesday when Leon Clarke ran clear onto Marcus Tudgay's flick-on, but Hull keeper Matt Duke kept out the striker.[LNB]Both sides had chances to win it late on when Kamil Zayatte cleared Akpo Sodje's deflected shot from under his own crossbar.[LNB]Hull substitute Will Atkinson saw his effort kicked off the line in the closing stages as both sides had to settle for a draw.[LNB]
